This is sad news
If what the Minister of Labour and Home Affairs, Moeng Pheto has said is the final position of government regarding Botswana’s bid to host the 2010 Africa Cup of Nations, then it is sad news. It can never be a blessing that the country is not going to bid for the 2010 Africa Cup of Nations. But it is obvious that Botswana would have benefited immensely if it was to bid and be granted the opportunity to host the event.
