There is a difference between national and BDP projects
Rather, they object to the controversial billboard, which features Helen Ditsebe-Mhone - a prominent HIV/AIDS activist - because they fear that it might politicise, and thereby undermine, this important national campaign against the HIV/AIDS pandemic.
