Is Khama a democrat?
It may not be a perfect system, but democracy is by far the best form of government devised by humanity. It appeals to many citizens of the world because it espouses the ideal of a rule of the people. In entrusting to the people the right to determine who gets to lead, democracy rightfully presupposes that only the people know better than any one person what is best for them. It places the judgement of a collective above that of an individual.
