Mogae misses the point on Khama and BDF planes again
It is an accepted norm that leaders must lead by example. This implies that they have to set the right morals. This expectation places a heavy responsibility on elected leaders to be exemplary at all times. They must respect the values, traditions and institutions of the land before they expect anybody else to do so.
