Why second university must be located in Selebi-Phikwe
It appears that government has finally made a decision on where to locate the country’s second national university. Information filtering through indicates that government has decided on the Serowe-Palapye area as the home of the university. In the process, government has ignored recommendations of the Task Force on the Second University, which had suggested that the institution be located either in Francistown, Selebi-Phikwe, Maun or Gantsi.
