No Minister has authority to allocate land - state attorney
A state attorney has told the Lesetedi Commission that no Minister in Botswana has ever been authorised to allocate land. Making his private presentation before the Commission on Tuesday, an emotionally charged Brian Eaton said that the controversial Segoditshane Valley land in Gaborone was allocated by a Ministry that did not even exist in law.
