NGOs under threat in Zim.
NON-Governmental Organisations (NGO) have been operating in Zimbabwe under a cloud of uncertainty for quite some time, especially since the government claimed in early 2003 that organisations not registered under the Private Voluntary Organizations Act, Chapter 17:05 were operating illegally, despite the fact that they were all registered Trusts.
