How to find the best performance monitoring system for your company
PERFORMANCE measurement and management has become a key management focus area in Botswana. Companies across industries - including the public sector - are working on installing, implementing and deploying some sort of system to measure and monitor performance. And this focus is well justified. During times of increased competition, decreasing margins, and an ever-tighter government budget, measuring performance is a first and necessary step to managing inefficiencies and eliminating waste. It can even prove to be a viable option for productivity improvement if companies can effectively link rewards to performance.
