Increase In Elephant Population Concerns Ramsamy
The Southern African Development Community (SADC) president, Prega Ramsamy expressed concern on Friday at the alarming increase of elephant population over the past decade. He lamented that the move has led to conflict between the animals, people and their property.

EU Resumes Aid To Zambia
LUSAKA: The European Union (EU) has resumed financial aid to Zambia, giving the impoverished nation 28 million euros ($35.72 million) in December 2003 and a further 30 million euros later this year, an EU official said on Friday.
