Naughty Boys confront wounded Rollers

RELEGATION threatened Naughty Boys will have a mountain to climb on Sunday when they meet title chasing Township Rollers at Tlokweng VDC ground.

The former giants are in a foul mood after losing two consecutive matches by an identical 1-0 to Black Peril and Cosmos Blizzards.

Rollers made a mistake two weeks back by fielding a makeshift squad which was hammered by Black Peril at the National Stadium before they suffered another setback at the hands of Jwaneng based Cosmos Blizzards last weekend.

Currently on second spot with 23 points, Rollers would be going all out for maximum points to keep their title hopes alive but Naughty Boys are also under pressure to avoid the relegation axe.

Rollers will miss the services of their experienced striker Tshepiso “Sox” Molwantwa and defender Seabo Gabanakgosi who will be doing duty for the Zebras against Lesotho in a Cosafa Cattle Cup match in Maseru on Sunday.

Still on Sunday, ambitious Gabane Santos travel to Jwaneng to face Blue Diamonds while Cosmos Blizzards welcome Black Peril in the small mining town.

Blue Diamonds would have to watch out former BMC mid-fielder Donald Mopako.

In Gaborone, Sharps Electrical will play hosts to former Super League giants Gaborone United.

On Saturday Wonder Sporting will be visiting Tlokweng United at Tlokweng VDC ground.

Another duel at the VDC ground will pit relegation threatened Tlokweng Red Sparks against Mokgosi Young Fighters from Ramotswa. The game will be played at the Naughty Boys grounds.
