Motorists stranded as Serowe runs out of fuel
SEROWE motorists had a bad Christmas day as they found themselves stranded at filling stations in the village, which had ran out of fuel. According to the management of the two filling stations, they ran out of petrol because of the increase in demand following the start of the festive season.
