Tomorrow never takes care of itself WHILE still the Minister of Finance and Development Planning, President Festus Mogae once spoke out in Parliament against the rising incidence of conspicuous consumption, at the expense of saving for the rainy day.
He repeated the concern recently when he urged Batswana to invest in long-term savings rather than short-term consumption, which often leads to indebtedness.
