JOHANNESBURG: Zimbabwe captain Peter Ndlovu has signed a two-year contract with South African club Mamelodi Sundowns ending more than a decade in English football.
The 31 year-old striker, who led his country in the African Nations Cup finals in Tunisia earlier this year, is expected to make his debut for the Pretoria-based club in their opening league match on August 25.
He was released by Sheffield United at the end of last season after moving to England as a teenager in 1991 and playing for Coventry City, Birmingham City and Huddersfield Town.
